loaded Gypsum train at 11.46. 
 70003 was once again on the Fiffoots
loaded coal.

Got Abbey Wood just as a heavy hail shower arrived.
So in to the shelter on platform 1.
With an ETA of 11.47
66762 on the West Burton to Portbury
Gypsum train passed at 10.50.
 ETA OF 13. 22
31601 with ex Virgin trains coach 5989
was well early at 10.59 
heading to Derby from Taunton.
 Out of the gray came a rainbow
in the shape of
66720 on track work box wagons.
This was the Westbury to
Cliffe Hill Farm.
Running late at 11.18
it had an ETA of 10.20.
 5 minuets latter at 11.23
on an empty stone train was 59205
heading to Avonmouth from Westbury.
ETA was 11.19

 First class 60
I've seen at Abbey Wood
since the 1990's on Enterprise
and China clay trains.
60039 passed at 14.15,
enroute to Margam from Theale.

Plenty of CLAGG
after the long climb from the bottom
of the Severn Tunnel catches
70016 just at the top of the climb,
at 10.50.

Another soggy day down the Wood
caught 66529 with a short 
load of old and new sleepers
at 13.12,
on the Bristol East Yard to Crewe Basford Hall.
 At 13.37
31601 headed to Barton Hill.

A hazy day down Filton Abbey Wood. 23-01-15

It was too hazy to get a decent photo
to the south so had to use the photo of 57008 and 57002
on the Bridgewater to Crewe
at 12.24.
 59001 was in charge of the
Avonmouth to West Drayton stone train
at 13.55.
 As the first of the class manufactured
59001 has a bell placed on the front
by Manufactures
General Motors.
